However, by submitting or publishing content, you grant Introlo a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

• Host
• Display
• Distribute
• Modify for formatting
• Reproduce

solely for purposes of operating and improving the Service.

You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have rights to your content
• Your content does not violate any laws
• Your content does not infringe third-party rights

We are not responsible for User Content.

4. Public Profiles & Visibility

Introlo profiles may be publicly accessible.

By publishing content, you acknowledge that:

• It may be indexed by search engines
• It may be accessed via QR codes
• It may be shared by others

You are responsible for the information you choose to make public.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate any laws
• Impersonate others
• Upload harmful, abusive, or unlawful content
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or overload the Service
• Use the Service for spam or malicious activity
• Scrape or harvest data without permission

We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts at any time.

6. Third-Party Services

The Service may include links or integrations with third-party services (e.g., social media, embeds, payment providers).

We are not responsible for third-party services or content.

Your interactions with third parties are solely between you and them.

All Introlo trademarks, logos, designs, software, and platform elements are owned by Introlo or its licensors.

We do not guarantee:

• Continuous availability
• Error-free operation
• That the Service will meet your expectations

We may modify or discontinue the Service at any time without liability.

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

• Damages from third-party services

Our total liability shall not exceed the greater of:

• $100 USD
• The amount you paid us in the past 12 months (if any)

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Introlo and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your content
• Your violation of these Terms
